What personal information do we collect?

Visiting: You are not required to provide personally identifiable information to visit the RentLine.com site. We do collect usage data, ZIP codes and other information on all users, but it is not personally identifiable except as described below under the section IP addresses.

Registration, Service Requests and Web Forms:   When you join RentLine.com you will be asked to provide personal information to use certain services on this site, as a registered user, we may request more information, in order to use our other interactive services, or enter a contest, we may request specific information about you, including your name, age, address and phone number. To sign up, enter a contest, or use one of our other service you must be 18 years or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Web site.

However, in cases of suspected abuse or service problems, we may use an IP address in conjunction with other personally identifiable information to enforce our terms of service and to protect or troubleshoot the service, the site, its users or others who may be affected. How do we use the information we collect?

Site Interaction: The information you provide when you register with RentLine.com or fill out other forms on our site may be stored on our servers or, in some cases, in a cookie on your computer. This information will be used to compile aggregate data that is not personally identifiable and may be used internally or shared with third parties. This information may also be used to confirm and fulfill a request you are making, to follow up on that request that you have made for further information. With whom do we share the information we collect?

RentLine may share personally identifiable information with third parties in the following cases: 
1. with other sites owned by ZenRentals Group including ZenRentals.com.

2.  If you request information form a third-party.  If through RentLine you wish to communicate with an owner or property management company or community via a link that we provide for your use. As is necessary for third parties to provide information or perform services specifically requested by you.   RentLine does provide any additional personal information not authorized by the user.

3. For direct marketing purposes, but only if you have authorized RentLine to do so and only if you are 18 years of age or older. We will notify all third parties and direct marketers that the information provided to them is confidential but RentLine cannot control the use or disclosure of information to the direct marketers after the information is provided to them.

4. To perform analytical and other services as an agent of Zen Rentals Group, Inc. In some cases we may work with third parties that do analysis and development on our behalf. We may share your personally identifiable information with such a third party on the condition that the third party maintains the information as confidential and only uses the information to perform the services specified by RentLine.

Notification of changes: Any changes to this policy will be posted on our Web site in this location. If those changes affect how we use your personally identifiable information, we will contact you at the e-mail address in our records to notify you of the change before it takes effect in regard to your information. You can then agree to the changes, modify your personally identifiable information or deactivate your user record.

Accessing, changing or deactivating information collected by RentLine: If you wish to access, verify the accuracy of, change or deactivate your personal information on file with RentLine.com or change your permissions regarding use of personally information for direct promotion purposes by Zen Rental Group or its partners (including RentLine.com and other third parties or affiliates).

Deactivation of user information: If you deactivate your user information, your account, personal and user information will no longer be made available to any third party or used by RentLine.

Security:  Your personal information is kept physically secure and is only accessible by authorized personnel in order to perform normal operations.  Social Security, EIN numbers, Tax ID and check and Credit card information is securely encrypted to the highest standards ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.
